To secure your date, contact us directly (link button below), by email or phone below (click the black box of your choice) and let us know the following information:
1. Event Name
2. Host Name
3. Proposed Date
4. 2nd Date (only if your proposed date is not available)
5. Point of Contact
6. Phone Number
Once we receive all of the above information, we will contact you directly to confirm and begin the process of securing/contracting for the event.
All event require a cleaning deposit (refunded upon 24 hours after your event ends and venue is inspected for cleanliness and damages). You will be responsible for returning the venue in the same condition as you received it in prior to your event.
All events require an executed contract. This contract is available by email or in person for your event, and is required to be signed and returned within 24 from time of issue.
